Mana Sabroso was formed in 2021 by Javier and Alejandro in their home kitchen. With their 20+ years of experience in fine dining they learned people are busy with everyday lives they forget what good food taste like. They also learned people with food allergies have a tough time deciding what to eat because of their special diets.
